How to get rid of acne?

 





1. Cleanse your face twice a day:

   Use a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser to wash your face in the morning and before bedtime. Avoid harsh soaps or cleansers with excessive fragrance, as they may irritate your skin.


   Example: Wash your face with a mild cleanser, such as Cetaphil or Neutrogena, by applying it to damp skin in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel.


2. Avoid touching your face:

   Touching your face transfers bacteria and oils from your hands to your skin, which can worsen acne. Also, avoid picking or squeezing pimples, as it can lead to scarring and further inflammation.


   Example: Be mindful of not resting your chin or cheeks on your hands and avoid popping any pimples that appear.


3. Use non-comedogenic skincare products:

7. Protect your skin from the sun:

   Sun exposure can worsen acne and cause hyperpigmentation. Always use a non-comedogenic sunscreen with at least SPF 30 when going outside.
